Dance Meditation

I have been circle dancing since the 1980's and my joy and passion for the dance has now developed over the last 10 years into Meditational Dance - Sacred Dance. Meditational Dance is about the initiatory path to our own inner Presence - connecting us to Source, the Earth and to each other. The beautiful music, the moments of stillness and silence, the sacred geometry and the numerology behind the dance that flows through the step pattern, the arm and hand gestures all bring us closer to who we truly are. The dances invite us to go within, to feel centred and uplifted – do come and join us

15:00 - 16:30 (90 minutes)

Whales, Dolphins and Sacred Sounds

Come along and meet the whales and the dolphins . In this special workshop, Ammaprema will be introducing us to working with whales, dolphins, and other guides and teachers. As a sage of sacred sound she has shared many workshops in Cornwall,  working with the Sacred Sounds of her gong, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and Crystal harp.

The whales and the dolphins, have been on this planet for millions of years, and many who work with them closely, know that they are much more intelligent than humans. There is a great need for more ambassadors of the oceanic worlds, who understand and experience these truths. The love and the pod mind of dolphins and whales is transformative and deeply healing.  Sacred sounds, relax and open us to the next level of conscious expansion of our energy bodies. Working experientially with sacred sounds, lays the foundation to open to even greater experiencing of unconditional love.

Today she will be combining these sounds with the wisdom of the whales.

We will learn more about what the cetaceans can teach us, and experience a Sacred Sound journey to connect and receive deep healing from them. There may also be some channelling from them.

Bring a mat and/or blanket for comfort.
